On-Site Safety and Compliance Survey Components

  1. On-site review of your dental clinical practice, procedures and work environment.
  2. Evaluation of exposure risk to biological, chemical and or other work related hazards to include bloodborne pathogens:(HBV, HCV, HIV) and infection transmission hazards (MRSA, H1N1).
  3. A written report to include corrective action which assists your practice in the achieving compliance and reducing or eliminating risk to employees, and patients.
