About Us

In today's ever changing healthcare environment, physicians, patients, employees and business owners now understand how compliance and accreditation is more important than ever.

For over 15 years, I have been partnering with physicians, dentists and healthcare organization to realize their commitment to patient care and safety by providing sound guidance through the many steps required toward achieving, and maintaining, accreditation or regulatory compliance.

Pam brings extensive knowledge and experience in assisting healthcare organizations to achieve federal, state and/or accreditation requirements. With her outstanding skills at assessing what is needed, recommending sensible solutions, and motivating staff to collaboratively implement necessary change, she has achieved successful approval ratings for her clients for more than 15 years.

Pam has served as an author and editor for a variety of professional healthcare journals: Infection Control and Sterilization Technology, Infection Control Today, Compliance Magazine, and Facility Care.

She is a frequent invited guest speaker for healthcare association meetings and national conferences that include The Society for Health Care Safety and Infection Control, Massachusetts Dental Society, Massachusetts Society for Clinical Laboratory Scientists, American Association of Orthodontists, American Society of Radiology Technologists, and Lifespan/Physician PSO Rhode Island.

Previously, Pam has held positions as a Senior Health and Safety Compliance Specialist at TCS, as Clinical Laboratory Coordinator at Northeastern University, and as Infection Control and Safety Manager at Harvard Health where she developed and managed a comprehensive safety program to insure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards for 32,000 plan members/350 employees. Other successful independent projects include Falmouth Hospital (Sterile Processing Project), St Elizabeth's Hospital (N 95 Fit Testing Program), Boston Medical Center (Back Safety Program), and TCS Inc. (Cost Containment).

Pam is associated with HONOReform (Hepatitis Outbreak National Organization for Reform), and is a professional member of APIC (Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology), SHEA (Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America) and MGMA (Medical Group Management Association).

Pam earned a BS in Clinical Laboratory Science, Northeastern University, Boston, MA, is certified at the masters level as a healthcare safety professional (CHSP) and is board certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP).

Susan helps companies, entrepreneurs and small business owners by building the crucial organizational foundation that supports and advances their ideas and goals. This helps her clients build presence, revenue and growth. Susan has co-founded successful startup companies and also worked to accelerate growth in small established companies who needed to expand and adapt in a challenging market dynamic.

In the areas that affect business, Susan brings a wide range of skills that complement the typical growth needs of an emerging company. Her expertise includes strategic business development, website and print design, marketing, market research, HR and administration. She brings 15 years of experience with start ups and small companies primarily in the healthcare, medical device and biotechnology fields.

Susan has a BA in Business Administration from Colby College, Waterville, ME and certificate in Small Business Entrepreneurship, Boston University, Boston, MA.
